02/04/2011 - Aaron Steele and Louis Hamilton-Smith set the fastest times of the day to take the front two places on the grid.

Aaron Steele and Louis Hamilton-Smith will both be on the front row for the start of the F3 Cup race one at Donington Park.

Steele was fastest throughout the qualifying session and set an excellent time of 1:03.80 to achieve pole position. However, after completeing thirteen laps, Steele pulled off the circuit at Redgate, in his Renault Sodemo powered Dallara F302, due to a battery problem.
