Steele completes dominant weekend

02/05/2011 - Aaron Steele wins again in race two, continuing his unbeaten streak at the new Snetterton 300 circuit and capping off a dominant weekend.
Steele again led from start to finish, taking the win by 13.144 seconds ahead of Alex Craven, who also enjoyed an excellent weekend securing second place in both races and showing excellent pace throughout.
Matt Draper made up the last of the podium places after a great battle with the third place finisher from the first race, Louis Hamilton-Smith. He gained the place from Hamilton-Smith at the start and despite constant pressure didn't relinquish the place, finishing 1.7 seconds ahead of Hamilton-Smith in fourth place to secure his first podium in the F3 Cup.
The returning Mark Terry put in a solid performance to finish an encouraging weekend in fifth place with Nick Robinson in behind him in sixth. Chris Needham came home in seventh with series new comer Alf Skeels rounding out the top eight.
James Ledamun again took the class B win, finishing race two in eleventh position overall.
